  4. 1)  Complete source code re-write from the ground up! After plugging in so
  5.     many options since StarBar's incarnation, the code got somewhat "out of
  6.     control!"
  7.     NO MORE GOTO's!!! (This is for you Guy Martin! <G>)
  8.     StarBar still supports all the features of previous versions, with MUCH
  9.     more!
  10. 2)  Added support for multi-language systems. Both StarBar.LH and SBHELP#.MEC
  11.     can be modified to optimize international use.
  12. 3)  STARBAR.MH acts as a control file where many options can be changed.
  13. 4)  Longer file listing pages by reducing the command footer.
  14. 5)  Now indicates which files are tagged.
  15. 6)  Definable hotkeys for Language dependent options - L)ist V)iew etc.
  16. 7)  Definable display colours.
  17. 8)  Variable length lightbar.
  18. 9)  No longer need 3rd party utils for archive snooping/extracting.
  19. 10) Now stages _ALL_ files before examining them.
  20. 11) Accepts remote arrow keys for moving around (thanks to Xgetch.MH)
  21. 12) If no FILE_ID.DIZ or SDN.ID is found within archives, StarBar will
  22.     expand the original FILES.BBS description and display that instead.
  23. 13) Now allows RIP users to use StarBar, however, RIP graphics are not
  24.     supported.
  25. 14) Logs activity to the MAX.LOG file.
  26. 15) Optional use of external V)iew option. If no external V)iew is used,
  27.     StarBar will just expand the original FILES.BBS description.
